Delivery:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. We ONLY currently deliver within the UK.
Items under 2 KG will normally be dispatched via Royal Mail first class recorded next day delivery. Items over 2 KG will be sent via our next day delivery courier service.
Returns:
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases as we endeavour to supply only the highest quality items. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied in any way then please telephone us on 020 8656 3050 or email us at support@norwoodangling.co.uk within 7 days after receiving your order before returning the item/s to us still in the original packaging. We will then be happy to refund or exchange the item/s.
Please ensure that you include your name, address and order number with the item/s. We strongly recommend that you return the item/s via recorded delivery.
